Through this Platform, you can locate experts, seek advice, opinions, or services, and engage in psychiatric intervention services facilitated by YAASS. This Platform enables you to communicate with Our professional experts/service providers and pay for the services provided by Our professionals experts/service providers. Unless expressly specified otherwise, any new feature that enhances or expands the Platform, including the introduction of new or specialized services/content/products by Us, are subject to these Terms of Use. On certain occasions, these Term of Use may co-exist with a separate end-user license agreement or a similar contract applicable to a service or product offered by the Platform.

We emphasizes that any psychiatric, psychological, or medical opinions or advice provided through this Platform are not intended to replace in-person interactions or physical/virtual examinations by a mental healthcare professional, or any other applicable healthcare expert. We clarifies that these online services are not designed to manage emergency medical conditions.

We expressly disclaims any representations or warranties regarding the following: (a) the willingness or ability of any expert to provide advice; (b) your satisfaction with the advice provided by an expert; (c) the adequacy of the expert's advice in addressing your questions; or (d) the suitability of the expert's advice for your specific needs.

You are strongly encouraged to independently verify the skills, degrees, qualifications, credentials, or backgrounds of the experts from whom you seek advice or services. We does not warrant the validity, accuracy, completeness, safety, legality, quality, or applicability of any content or advice provided by its experts, including any information contained in expert listings. When you choose to interact with any mental health professional, physician, or other professional expert via the Platform, the relationship is strictly between you and the professional expert. YAASS's role is limited to providing facilitation to these professionals and their services.

The advice or information/resources provided by any medical or mental health professionals through this Platform is intended solely for informational and educational purposes and cannot substitute a face-to-face physical examination or in-person interaction or virtual examination by a professional expert. You should not rely solely on the resources provided by these professionals on the Platform. We strongly recommends that if you are seeking mental health or medical advice, you should schedule in-person/virtual appointments with Our qualified professionals.

You are responsible for verifying the certification, accreditation and/or licensing of mental health professionals or other experts with the applicable laws. YAASS assumes no obligation regarding the professional relationship between you and the professional expert, nor for the content or outcomes of the interactions facilitated through the Platform.

We retain the right to append, modify, remove, suspend, or terminate any facet of the Platform at any juncture without prior notice. Additionally, We may impose constraints on specific features and services or limit access to sections or the entirety of the Platform without notice or incurring any liability. To access the Platform, you must secure internet access, either directly or through devices capable of retrieving web-based services and contents. Furthermore, you are responsible for procuring all the necessary equipment required to establish this internet connection (e.g., personal computer, modem, cell phone, or other access devices).

To access and use Our services, you must register with Us. As part of the registration process, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate registration information as requested by Us, during the process of your registration. You also agree to maintain and promptly update your information to keep it current, complete, and accurate. If any information provided by you is found to be untrue, inaccurate, outdated, or incomplete, or if We have reasonable grounds to suspect such, We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account indefinitely and deny you access to the Platform and/or your account. We reserves the right to refuse registration of or cancel username and/or passwords, if We deems inappropriate. Appointments should ideally be scheduled at least 24 hours in advance, subject to availability. For same-day appointments, you may be accommodated up to 2 hours prior to the desired time, subject to availability.

To avoid charges, cancellations or rescheduling requests should be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment time.

Please note: Cancellations due to force majeure events, as determine by the Us, at its sole discretion, will not incur any charges.

Information about the products/services may vary depending on the country to country. Mention of a productor service or content on this Platform does not imply its availability in your country.

(b) You agree not to misuse the Platform or any communication systems We use, including hacking;

(d) You agree to ensure that you can receive all communication from Us by marking e-mails or sending SMS from Us as part of Our “safe senders’” list. We shall not be held liable if any e-mail/SMS remains unread by you as a result of such e-mail getting delivered to your junk or spam folder.

9.3 We reserve the right to review usernames chosen by you for use on Our Platform. If, in Our sole discretion, a username is deemed to be obscene, indecent, abusive, offensive, defamatory, likely to subject Us to public disparagement, scorn, or harm Our goodwill, or is otherwise inappropriate or in violation of applicable laws or community standards, We may, without prior notice, take one or more of the following actions:

(a) Restrict the usage of such usernames.

(b) Modify or replace the username and notify you of the change.

Our decision in this regard shall be final and binding.

9.5 YAASS reserves the right to use cookies in line with Our Privacy Policy & Cookie Policy and process your personal data as described in these Terms of Use, Cookie Policy and Our Privacy Policy. Your use of the Platform, its content, and any other materials available through it is solely at your own risk and discretion, and YAASS disclaim any and all liability to you or any third party in connection with such use.

YAASS owns or has the right to use all of the data, information, software, source code, programme, text, images, video, sounds, icons, product/service specifications & highlights, features and/or any other content contained on the Platform (the "content"), and the copyrights and other intellectual property rights therein, unless otherwise noted. You shall not make copy of such content, modify it in any way, distribute or transmit it to any other person or company, frame or otherwise display any of the content of this Platform on your own or any other website/app/platform, or make any other use of it. UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL YAASS OR OUR AFFILIATES, AGENTS OR LICENSORS BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANYONE ELSE FOR ANY DAMAGES, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, LIABILITY FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOTLIMITED TO, DAMAGES FOR LOSS OF PROFITS, GOODWILL, USE, DATA OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, EVEN IF YAASS HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES, RESULTING FROM (A) YOUR USE OF, OR INABILITY TO USE, THE PLATFORM, OR (B) ANY PRODUCT OR SERVICEOR CONTENT AVAILABLE THROUGH THE PLATFORM.

YAASS (including its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, representatives or subcontractors) shall not be liable for any loss or liability resulting, directly or indirectly, from delays, inaccuracies, errors, omissions, temporary outages or interruptions, or in the transmission or delivery of all or any part of the content or for any resulting damages, due to electronic or mechanical equipment failures, telephone interconnect problems, defects, weather, strikes, walkouts, fire, acts of God, riots, armed conflicts, acts of war, or other like causes. YAASS shall have no responsibility to provide you access to the Platform and/or the services and/or products and/or content while the said interruption continues.

In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between these Terms of Use and any other documents including Additional Terms, regardless of whether such documents precede or follow these Terms of Use, or whether they are executed or acknowledged by any director, officer, employee, representative, or agent of YAASS, these Terms of Use shall take precedence and govern.​

18.1 YAASS retains the authority to modify or discontinue, without prior notice, any features, content, materials, equipment, specifications, models, products, programs, or services mentioned on the Platform, as well as their availability. The content, methods, and processes outlined on the Platform maybe protected by applicable law. Additionally, YAASS holds the discretion to terminate these Terms of Use and your access to some or all of the Platform, with or without notifying you.

18.2 Your responsibilities as outlined in these Terms of Use will remain in effect for as long as you continue to access or utilize Platform or maintain any of its content or copies. You have the option to end your responsibilities at any time by ceasing your use of the Platform and deleting and/or return all content obtained from it, along with any copies.

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms of Use or Privacy Policy or the Additional Terms or the Platform shall be governed by the laws of India and the Courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
